Hi there,

It isn’t possible to import customers, orders or memberships with default WooCommerce and a plugin such as WooCommerce Customer/Order CSV Import Suite needs to be used.

Even then, if you’d like to attach these orders to imported customers and create memberships – that might not be enough based on the membership plugin you’re using.

WooCommerce Memberships has the import/export functionality, however, the process might be completely different if you’re using other plugins.

I have already imported the legacy orders which do appear under woocommerce / orders.

However, they are not appearing when I go to myAccount / Orders

The WooCommerce Customer/Order CSV Import Suite extension is supported by WooCommerce and you can contact the proper support team for help with that here:

If you didn’t use this extension then you’ll likely need to contact the plugin author of the plugin you used or have the database migrated manually again.
