Give Me Tips For Proper SEO

Seems no one willing to reply to my threads.. anyway, lets try this time.

1) I got a small site with all 5 posts appearing on homepage and 4 pages appearing on the top
2) No comments , no archives, no rss, categories etc etc
3) Permalink structure is /%postname%
4) Iam using All in one seo
5) Using google site map generator

Thinks I want to achieve

I want no-index on individual posts. if it is at all possible, i wanna remove em all together since they are already appearing on the home page. so there is no need of mydomain.com/postname. dont wanna get penalize on duplicate content
