Shortcodes – but not showing “not in stock” products.

hello.. i just wanted to show our products in different ways using the shortcodes: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-shortcodes/

everything ok, until i wanted to show in a product only the products “in stock”… i want the customers to know which product as “out of stock”…. but, in a certain page, i want to show all the product “but” in stock… and i do not see the option in the shortcodes. But i am sure that is possible…. online i can find only php codes tfor the funciont.php page… but, i just want to show them in 1 page…. thanks!!
