PLugin freezes on certain desinations

We are trying to setup pro version. But some destinations are unreachable by category filter. For example – you can reach the link https://ooolist.wpengine.com/product-category/kompyutery-i-programmy/?filters=product_cat%5B397%5D but cannot reach by filter category “Системы проектирования”
Another question – are there any special classes for different levels of categories? We need make an indent for second level sub categories in SELECT drop-down.
