Updated Plugin not showing Upgrade Automatically link

Hi,
The last 2 releases of my PhotoSmash plugin have not shown the Upgrade Automatically link in blogs. The current version is 0.2.61. The last version was 0.2.6.
Any ideas what might be causing this?
