• Hello. I’m having a problem. My site was created by someone for me using WordPress. It is Tristanartform.com.
The site is not working properly. The home page with it’s menu bar works fine. However when you use the menu to access any of the gallery pages, an error page shows up stating: ‘Gallery not found. Please check your settings’.
What has happened? I hadn’t changed any of my settings at all?
Someone please help. This is my work portfolio website and I need it to advertise my services.

    Thanks, Tristan

  • i’m making some assumptions but did you check to see that:

    1. galleries exist?
    2. the shortcode is in the pages?

Hello. Sorry for the very late reply. The galleries exist — they are present on my WordPress dashboard. They existed on my live site before I discovered by accident that they did not. I hadn’t changed anything.

I don’t know what “Shortcode” is, but I had done absolutely nothing to my dashbord controls between the last time my site was up and working and now.

I’d be grateful for any help!!

    Best, T
