Disable discount for guest users

Hello,

I need to restrict the discount to registered/logged users only.

I have checked the thread where this discussion was initiated and found a reply that says that a custom solution was provided but couldn’t find that solution.

Please let me know if there is a way to restrict the discount to registered users only.
