When I build new popups, they do not work

  • Hello there. I created 9 popups within your wonderful plugin and now when I try to create others, the new ones do not work at all. They don’t load once the shortcode is put in.

    Just so you know, I duplicated a popup that was already working so all the code is the same. But for some reason, no additional popups can be created.

    I couldn’t find where there was a limit on what you could create. Is there? What could be happening? If I can’t solve it, I’m going to have to switch plugins ??

    There isnt limitation in the popups creations.
    Please, could you sent us your settings screenshot, and the url.

    one thing I am seeing is a number constantly being appended to the conversion and the closing commands …. ie spu_conversion_3138

    Hi.
    I see you have very errors JS, say to me, do you try disabling Ajax mode?

    Other question, the settings screenshot says ID 3138, but the url, in the link of popup ID 5042 .

    just curious, if it was ajax, why would all the others work?

    Secondly, so youll notice in the new screenshots i put on the doc, in that area where it tells you how to use the shortcode in a button, it says 5042 …. the number 3138 comes up in the cookie area.

    In all my previous popups, I’ve been using the shortcode provided under the button directions

    Also, FYI when I did change the number from 5042 (which the shortcode supplied on page) with the number 3138, which is another popup, it of course, launched the other popup

    unchecked the ajax selector — didn’t help ??
