Document Links Not Showing in Excel Download

    HI,

    When I donwload the excel file for my form, the hyperlinks to uploaded documents are no longer showing in the excel spreadsheet?

    Hi @jrcchilwell,

    Sorry to hear that. Could you read the sticky post on the forum please, and provide me with solve extra info about the versions. I’ll try and help you out.

    If version 1.5.3 you might have to opt in on the new general settings page. So that’s not the settings page for a form, but directly under settings of gravity forms and then results in excel.

    Closing issue for inactivity. If that is premature, please reply again.

    But, I double checked this issue on 1.5.3 and it is working as expected. The general settings page has 2 settings; “Enable file upload columns” and “Enable hyperlinks on url-only columns”. Make sure at least the first one is active to make them show up.
    And the second one, to make the urls clickable.
