• Hi Guys!
??I’ve been using Booster for a while now, no issues. But since the last update I’m having an issue that I simply cannot correct.??

My store is set for BRL in WooCommerce Settings, and this is the only currency I’m want to receive payments in.
I use Booster to display products in USD, but costumers pay in BRL.

?Since I can only receive payments in BRL, I set Booster to convert my product currencies to BRL before payment, like this:

But whenever I add an product to the cart, Booster converts the ammount to BRL there, but shows USD instead of BRL on the checkout. So my gateways won’t work (they only take BRL):

I tried to deactivate Booster and everything works perfectly (except for the fact that my products are all in BRL now, and I need to display them in USD), which means this is a Booster issue. I also tried deactivating all my plugins but Booster, no success.

How can I solve this problem? I’m really worried because I’m not seeing anything ever since this problem started ??

    Thanks in advance!

  • Hi,

Can you also try enabling “Gateways Currency Converter” module and setting it to convert to shop’s base currency for every payment option? Let me know how that goes.

    Nothing has changed ??

It looks like the price is loading in BRL and then overwritten in USD, it sort of “blinks” quickly in BRL. The ammount is correctly showing in BRL but shows “USD” instead of “R$”, therefore won’t work with my gateways.

    Hi,

Do you use any caching plugins? If so, you could try disabling them?

I used to have W3, but I disabled it in order to see if it would help, but nothing has changed. I actually tried disabling all my plugins but Booster, but it does not work.

    Hi,

Can you share a full list of what modules you have enabled in Booster? Thank you.

    I Have:

Currencies, where I have a custom currency so I can update my rate manually. My products are on this custom rate, while my shop is in BRL??.

Currency per product, where I have Cart and Checkout Behavior set to “Convert to shop Default Currency” (not happening, the ammount converts to BRL but the symbol shows custom USD). I also had currency per product enabled, and this is where I manually change the rate.

?Gateways Fees & Discounts, where I have 5% off for bank transfer.

I found out the problem is definitely with the Currency Per Product module, specificaly the Per Product Options > Currency Per Product box on.

I decided to turn Multicurrency Product Base Price and set currency there instead of Currency Per Product. ?Now my checkout has right amount and right currency. But now I have a different problem: product page shows right amount wrong currency. It becomes right amount right currency on cart and checkout, but it’s displaying BRL with USD amount.

If I turn on Per Product Options > Currency Per Product box, the product shows right amount and right currency. But then the cart shows amount in BRL and currency USD.
