what is the use of this plugin if plugin is not restricting to set cookies…

    is this plugin restrict loading certain cookies or part of javascript before consent received. An actual plugin should be like add GA, adsense and many others external js file should not load until consent received. or disable above js when consent revoked..
    make sense?
