Map plugin or theme with these features:

  • I am about to replace my old WP website and I need a new, updated map plugin – or a map-style theme.

    Can anyone suggest please, a theme/plug in with the following functions:

    1. User can customise the pin locators using self-designed logo.
    2. User can create and title own Categories
    3. Other users can log in and add their business details to help create my map.
    4. I would like to charge a user fee to some of the businesses.
    5. The MAP is not the only feature of the website. I need to add information not related to the map.

    Any suggestions please?
