Not allowing choice of source for image comment

So I am testing out the forum for how it handles images in comments; I am about to respond with my own comment, and include an image. When I click the little ‘picture’ icon in the general area where you write your response….a pop-up window appears and it says, ‘source’ and has a little white editable area where i would assume you would have the filename displayed. But you can’t click the word, ‘source’ and have it go try to get an image from…anywhere. It’s just the word, ‘source’….

Is this normal behaviour? How are we supposed to insert images if it will not let us upload from our computer or even the media library? Surely I am not supposed to type out the image source location in that window myself, by hand….right? ?? Please let me know how to fix this.
