Filter pages/locations

Hi everyone

I’m looking for a way to make a page where the visitor can see all locations with several filters (location/postalcode + perimeter & type of restaurant). The visitor should be able to see some extra information in the location card (text+shortcodes). When the visitor clicks on the card he goes to detailed location page.

IF POSSIBLE
-Google maps integration (overview+filtered)
-Elementor styling
-Be able to set a filter on certain page which the user can’t change. (For example when the user is on a certain page he can only see a certain type of restaurant and is not able to change it. But he should be able to change the other filter postalcode.)
-Auto location detection

Is there any way/plugin/… to do this?

If you know any good examples/tutorials/etc -> send them please ??

PS: if this is way to much to ask or impossible TELL ME!!!
