Why can I not play videos?

We cannot play any videos from a url, embedded or from my library, why? Can anybody help? We have tried numerous plugins and also direct posts with no luck.

My friend ad I have been collecting stuff for months that we want to put up. We only launched the page a couple days ago and we would like to get over this problem. Thanks in advance.
