How do I upgrade?

    When the time comes to move up to the next version, will I have to reinstall everything again and start from scratch? Or, will there be an update to earlier versions that will build on what I already have without forcing me to redesign my page and lose data?

    Backup you database. Just upload the new installation above your old one and run upgrade.php. You may have to redesign your site because usually there are some changes in the page format in every other version.

    Depends on how major the changes to your php/css files are. I just took a diff of my files against the original installation files, and applied the patch to the new version right before installing it smack on top of the old one. ?? This probably isn’t easy to do with a hosted site unless you have a really good FTP client.
