    Hi

Thanks for the great plugin ??

I have one problem. When i go to the installer.php in temporary url (https://ip-addressorso/something/) and set final url correctly in installer (https://domain.com), it still saves the temporary url to all content image src urls.
Then I have to manually change all image urls.

Could there be an option to change image urls to relative paths in package? That would make things so much easier. Or am I missing something?

    Best regards,
    Mary

  • Hey @marypop,

It should update all the paths if they were stored in the database with the exact URL you are trying to update in the installer on step 3.

    Thanks~

I am having a similar issue.
    Our original url looked like:
    https://mydomain.com/devo/

However, on the new server while the installation of wordpress is located at:
    https://mynewdomain.com/site
We have the site url set to:
    https://mynewdomain.com

All of the image links are now looking for the images to be located at the site url instead of the wordpress address.

You may have to go back to the installer on step 3 and change the URL. There is also additional settings on step 3 under options.

    Hope that helps~
