• I have tried everything, including completely remaking my website. I have the colors set, I have them marked in the product items. I have tried to use attributes, sizes, tags, and still nothing seems to work. I think this has been a waste of money for a plugin that does not work. I would love to review the plugin for its concept which would be 5 stars but for its usefulness it is nothing more than a waste of space, 0 stars.

please assist in figuring out what is happening, as it does not seem to just be me but there is a lot of use having similar problems.
Your testing seems to mislead your outcomes as it is still problematic.

Please fix or refund. I would rather it be fixed.

    Hi averinunies,

Sorry to hear that you’re having trouble. If you’re using the premium version and are having issues with premium features, then please contact us at [email protected]. WordPress does not allow the discussion of pay features here.

That being said, if you’re referring to the issue where you have assigned products to colors and/or sizes, and clicking on a fitlering option in the sidebar still loads all the products, then, yes, that is an issue a few others have been experiencing. We’ve narrowed it down to being a conflict between the registered taxonomy name and what gets displayed in the URL when you click on a filter. As mentioned in the other thread, we need to make sure that any fix that is applied does not affect the thousands of users for whom it is working properly.

With that in mind, as a temporary workaround, you can try replacing the ewd-uwcf-js.js file (found in the “js” folder in the plugin files) with the one here:

    https://www.etoilewebdesign.com/Screenshots/ewd-uwcf-js.js

This will alter what’s displayed in the URL. We’ll reiterate that this is a temporary workaround and should be treated as such. It should allow the filtering to work, but it may have an effect on certain other features. As soon as we’re able to test and implement a solution that 100% does not affect any existing users or features, we’ll release it as part of an update.

I have sent a message to the provided email address.

I did update the js as you presented and yet nothing.

if you would like to see for yourself, as it does not seem to be a premium feature concern.
