Again: Fields don’t appear in cart/checkout/emails

  • This question appears in this forum multiple times. I have tried all possible solutions and double checked again and again. It used to work fine, but now the fields ONLY show up on the single product page.
    They do not appear in cart/checkout/e-mails.

    Plugin version 3.0.2, latest Woocommerce and WP version, Avada Theme
    I am using admin field.
    Show on product page : checked
    Add as order meta : checked
    Show in Cart & Checkout Page : checked
    Logged in users only : no
    AJAX in Woocommerce disabled

    I am totally out of options. Any advice on this ?
    Or can you have a look in our admin yourself ?

    Hi, several months and another update further (version 3.0.3), and still no solution … ??

    Field still do not appear in cart/checkout/e-mails!
    Can you please let me know how to proceed in Avada ?
