Event Date and Attendee Limit

Has the new update caused the event registration form to reset to default? Our website used to have an attendee limit option, but when I got on the admin panel, the whole option has been wiped out, and the event registration form has been reset to default. Furthermore, when we try to choose an event date, a date doesn’t show up and instead, it shows up as “relative”. Is there a way for us to restore what we had on the website prior to the update/reset?
