Updating the plugin doesn’t load galleries

Thank you for the download link for the older version.

On the public side the page works great, it’s only when I try to add new images it gets stuck, and therefore, as I’m sure you’ll understand, I don’t really want to give out my login details in public.

The same problem here.
Downgrading to 1.5.2 does not help.
On the other hand I have another site running 1.5.4 without any problem.

I tried to switch all other plugins off with no avail.
Uninstalled PG and installed 1.5.2… no change…

Any hint?

Downgraded to 1.4.17 and all is working

Thanks for describing the problem in detail. As the issue is occurring on just one website, it could be caused by a conflict with a plugin or the theme.

Could you please temporarily deactivate the plugins one by one and check Photo Gallery? Let us know what you find out.

My issue seems to be resolved (for now). It seems that the Photo Gallery plugin was conflicting with a WP Live Chat Support plugin that was installed. I have removed it and Photo Gallery plugin seems to be running much faster.

Maybe I was not clear enough, but I DID deactivate ALL plugins and it didn’t help at all.

I also had this problem.. downgrade to 1.5.2 no luck
downgrade to 1.2.96 (I had it somewhere local) now it works again.. ??

I have the same troubles with the plugin “DImage 360”.

i have upgraded to 1.5.4 and i faced the same issues , where all my galleries cannot be displayed now ,

i saw some other discussion talked about similar issue, it is
regarding about adding wp_header() and wp_footer() some where , will that help ? and if it is possible solutions , would you please share where and how to put this code as i am also not sure how to edit the code too .

Please note that you should copy and insert in the page where you want the gallery to appear. In the case you have inserted but the gallery is not appearing please contact us at [email protected] and allow us to have a closer look.

@atomiktd, we checked the problem on your website and found, that there is a conflict coming from your website theme. Our development team has applied a workaround by adding the following statement:

lazzyImg.each(function(i) {
    var imgSing = lazzyImg.eq(i),

        if( jQuery.isFunction(jQuery.velocity)){
                imgSing.attr('src', imgSrc).velocity({ opacity: 0 }, { duration: 0});

                imgSing.velocity('fadeIn', { duration: 400, delay: 200+(i*20) });
            });
        }
});

to both of these files:

/plugins/teslathemes-custom-posts/js/tt-posts.js
/themes/megalith/js/admin/admin.js

Please test the solution and let me know if the issue is fixed.
