Product Gallery images blurry

Thanks for any help you can provide! I’ve been pulling my hair out over this issue for a few months and am finally just going to ask for help. Every time I upload an image to the product gallery, it comes out blurry. I’ve played with the thumbnail sizes in Settings/Media and played with the image within the image editor, but no matter what I do, it is blurry. Help, please!
