Return and enter payment amount issue

    Hello, the form has been working fine but started displaying this after submission:

    Please return to the payment form and enter a payment amount.

    I can’t see that anything is wrong in the settings to have caused this. Any ideas would be great. Thank you,

    Has someone modified the plugin? Looks like there’s a redirect sending the information to the plugin’s pay file, but the information is not being properly redirected.

    I am checking that now. It shouldn’t have been modified. Thank you for pointing that out. Will post back what I find.

    After further testing I have found that it does work when you are logged in as admin but not otherwise. We haven’t modified the plugin code at all. Have you seen this before?

    Something installed on the site is overwriting the plugin’s endpoint from /wp-plugins/wp-payeezy-pay/pay.php to a dynamic URL and the information collected on the form is not making it to the file.

    You are correct. After more digging I found WebDefender firewall was doing something odd with urls. I disabled it and it works fine now.
