WooCommerce cart issues

Yeah this is a known issue because WooCommerce doesn’t clear its cart cookie when a user logs out or another user logs in. I’m not sure there’s a solution at the moment. See https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/user-switching-plugin-woocommerce-not-clearing-cookies/.

I’ve just proposed a fix to WooCommerce to address this issue: https://github.com/woocommerce/woocommerce/pull/21991 . Fingers crossed!

Thanks for the link above. I reviewed the conversation between yourself and the Woocommerce devs – it looks like you’ve found a good solution to this. I’m running the latest copy of both plugins, but it doesn’t look like this change has been made yet – is that right? I’m still having the same issue. If not, any idea when this will be implemented?

The fix has been merged into WooCommerce but has yet to be released. It looks like it’ll go out in the next version.

I’ll prepare a release of User Switching that makes use of this change in WooCommerce and then we’ll be all good!

This is fixed now if you update to User Switching 1.5 and the beta release of WooCommerce 3.6.
