In the Premium Modal Box, the Modal Width setting works on Desktop but not on Tablets and Mobile. When I try to adjust the Modal Width slider for tablets and mobile, it has no effect on those devices.

Here is a modal box example on mobile. You’ll notice that the width is restricted which causes the modal box contents to be squished which looks bad. https://snag.gy/hnROTv.jpg

I also have another question. I have a videos page that has 53 different modal links (created with PopBox for Elementor) to open up modals to play YouTube videos. The page loads OK on desktop but is much slower on tablets and won’t completely load on mobile phones. Can I expect the same slowness using your plugin or can it handle this many modals on the same page with no load issues?

    Thank you.

    Hello midihead,

    – Concerning responsive issue, we’re working on a fix to that issue and will be included the next release ??
    – Concerning loading speed, we built the modal box to be as fast as possible, also, you can use a caching plugin next to Premium Addons for Elementor to boost your site loading speed.

    Cheers!!

The latest fix seems to have fixed the squished width issue on mobile and tablets (although the width on those devices is still not adjustable independently from the desktop version).

I do see another issue. When viewing a modal box in LANDSCAPE view on mobile phones and tablets, if the text in the modal is longer than the generated modal box, scrolling up and down in the modal itself doesn’t seem to work in landscape view specifically but does work in portrait view. https://snag.gy/f2Hizp.jpg
