Image of review doesn’t show

Strange, can you send me the URL to the FB page?

I have a pro version, and since the last update fb images went missing, as well as I have now slider short-code on my front page instead of the slider itself.

Facebook has recently started expiring the Profile Images. You can delete and re-add the reviews and the images should refresh. I’ll be releasing an update that will do this automatically soon.

I update and the problem is the same more or less. Now, the plugin doesn’t show an error pic, but only show the round pic without real pic of FB IMAGE.

The plugin should update the profile image in the background when it finds a missing one. Can you check the javascript console for errors? Right click on the page > inspect, look for the console window.

The problem is that, in each review don’t show the user photo of facebook. I have all updates until now.

I probbed with another site, with another plugins, another theme…and the problem is the same.

Could it be ok if I uninstall and install de plugin?

I would try deleting the reviews and re-adding them. Also make sure the plugin is at version 6.7
