    First of all super great plugin. Good work guys !!!

    It works perfectly to me except the problem I have come across recently.

    Trying to use filter on archive page for custom post type, which is a CPT-onomies term.
    The dropdowns show correct number of posts together with taxonomies but the result is empty.
    The same problem is for a regular custom post type which is categorized by this CPT-onomy post-term.

    I’m not sure what you mean.. could you maybe rephrase your issue and provide some more details? Also “CPT-onomies term” is not a thing.. ?? There are CPTs and there are Taxonomies (which is a grouping for Terms).
