    I got a trial SF account for testing. The plugin admin page asks for 1 piece of info, the organization id, for integration but SF does not seem to know what that is. The plugin settings tab says:

    “To find your Salesforce.com Organization ID, in your Salesforce.com account, go to Setup ? Company Profile ? Company Information”

    however, the salesforce account settings has nothing like that.
