Send to provider restriction

    Hi!

    Is there anyway to restrict to send an order if the provider price rise up?

    For example:

    A plugin option where i put my top provider price that i can afford, if the provider price is out of my limit, plugin send me an automatic email notifying that my provider actual price overcome my limits and order can not be processed.

    NOTE: Price multiplier is not an option for me, because i have my own price rules depending on provider price.
