    Hi there,

    I am using WooCommerce for my store (https://theoffordbrand.com). I am using Printful to handle my products for me (they help me to create mock up designs and then print and deliver the product for me). When I attempt to add an item to my WooCommerce store from Printful dashboard I get a timeout error from Printful. Everything was working fine until I updated WooCommerce and ever since (about 6 months), I am getting this issue. I have been in touch with my developer and the Printful support all these months and also changed 4 hosting companies (including a VPS!) but still the issue remains.

    Just recently, I got a suggestion to contact WooCommerce since it may be something to do with WooCommerce.

    Can you please help me with it?

    Just a side note, the products I am adding goes to the Trash with a “private” label. While I get an error on Printful saying that my product is not uploaded.

    Are you using the below API from Printful:

    https://www.printful.com/landing/woocommerce-print-products-fulfillment

    And do you have this issue if you switch back to a default theme like Twenty Seventeen and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and Printful? If not, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

    Yes, I am using the mentioned API from Printful.

    And I have tried switching to default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and disabling all the plugins (except WooCommerce and Printful) but still the problem persists.

    Can you please help me? ??

    If you can confirm all plugins are up to date then I’d suggest reaching out to Printful as there may be a problem with the account. After testing extensively, there are currently no issues with the integration.
