    @ankitnagpal – I believe I already replied to this via email, but unfortunately there is little we can do. WordPress core ships with jQuery v1.12, and v3 is not backward compatible without quite a bit of modifications that wouldn’t work with sites still using the older v1.12

    We can’t break 99.9% of our users sites to fix a few. Sorry we can’t help more there, but its generally a bad idea to do that anyways as all other plugins are developed with the same version expectations.
