Auto-expiring slides?

    Hi all,

    What is a common solution to expire Foyer slides at a specific date and-or time from a channel?

    What’s “everybody” using?

    I’d appreciate pointer, tips and hints!

    Hi!

    Currently there is no way to schedule slides. However you can schedule channels. So as a workaround you could set up a channel with and a channel without the slide you wish to expire. Then set the first channel as default channel on your display and schedule the latter channel at a certain time.

    Scheduled slides and more advanced scheduled channels are on my wishlist, so I hope to add these features in the future.

    Thanks, I’ll try this and see if I can get this working!

    The WordPress plugin “Post Expirator” seems to work just fine for setting expiration dates on slides.
