Multisite, subdirectories, cant open through network

Warm greetings for WP Guru!
Help needed for beginner with WP multisite:
Enabled network for main site, created subdirectory in C:wamp:www:mysite:rus
Downloaded WP for subdirectory.
Added site URL to network : https://localhost8080/www.mysite.com/rus/wp-admin/
When try to go to dashboard – Cant open the page – check that web address https://localhost8080 is correct….
When open it manually: https://localhost:8080/www.hey-rus-sa.com/rus/wp-admin/ – get through!! What i did wrong?
Plan is to create bilingual multisite using same theme, but different content.
Would very appreciate advise.
