    Hi:

    A few questions:

    1. Is this a brand new install of WordPress?
    2. What browser are you using?
    3. Have you tried with other plugins disabled?

This is one of those WordPress messages that show up sometimes on pages with the editor – it’s a known issue with WP but we haven’t found anything that is a good solution for it. It eventually resolves itself after a while but why that is is a complete mystery. Its relatively rare – we haven’t had anyone report it in a long time. So, I’m very curious what other items are running in your environment as well.

    Thanks.

    1. No.
    2. Firefox and Chrome
    3. No. I am afraid that, once reactivated, something will not work. It costs a lot to start it up.

I had version 4.3.5 of Awesome and it worked correctly. I have updated to 5.8.0, without updates in between.
I also have the Paid Support component plus what it takes to make it work:
WooCommerce and WooCommerce Membership and WooComerce Subcriptions.
    Apart from other plugins.
Everything seems to work less the editing of a response by an Agent. Instead, it works correctly if the admin edits it.

    Greetings and thanks

    Hi:

Can you push a copy of the site to a staging/test site and then disable the other plugins on there? Most of the good wordpress hosts are able to create a copy of a site in a staging area.

    Thanks.

    Good afternoon.
I created a copy with the wp-stagin plugin.
In the copy, I have disabled all the plugins except Awesome, and still giving the fault.

    regards

    Hi:

I just re-read your posts and realize that you have some premium licenses. So we can log into the staging site and check it out. Can you please open a ticket on our site and include the wp-admin and ftp passwords and url? I’ll close out this thread and we can continue to trouble-shoot via the premium ticket which you’re entitled to use as part of your license.

    Thanks.

Just yesterday canceled the renewal of the subscription and does not let me create a ticket
