Fatal Error line 416

Suddenly I started having issues with orders. For one particular product, no order related emails are getting sent, and in my multivendor commissions section the commissions aren’t getting calcuated. The orders and payments all go through however. Extensive troubleshooting got me to this point. Trying to regenerate order commissions in WC-Marketplace shows the fatal error below. Also, I can no longer access the email customizer. I don’t think that I installed anything new and I ruled out the theme. I am still trying a few things but I’m striking out. The only thing that immediately fixes this is to deactivate the plugin. I have tried deleting and reinstalling as well. Any ideas? Thank you.
