mobile version problem with add new issue image

hi! first of all, thanks a lot for your nice plugin!!
we are very small ngo trying since 2008 to promote more participative policies
we are using your plugin in a platform we′ve voluntary created and it works so nice, BUT we have a problem with mobile version. When people enters to web from mobile navigators
the search tab covers the add option… so it′s not possible to make a report. (It′s perfect when i turn mobile to horoizontal view)
if you could help us it would be lovely
