Super PWA at windows 10 tablet

    Hello,

    is there a way to use your plugin in a windows 10 tablet like i use it in android phones/tablets?

  • Thanks for using SuperPWA. PWA is a latest web technology which enhances the performance of website. Add to Homescreen prompt is just one among it’s feature. PWA works perfectly upon all browsers which support Service Worker API.

    As I didn’t get any device to test PWA over tablet, I’m not sure how it works upon. If you cannot notice any prompt like on Android devices, most probably the steps will be same as how PWA works on Desktop. Please have a look over this article, hope it will help you.

    It worked on my desktop, as soon as i test it on windows tablet i will inform you.

    As for the site caching, how long will it work offline?

    It fully depends upon the cache storage limit of browsers, if the user visits more PWA implemented websites, then their is chance to delete the cache generated earlier.

    I am not sure about the time,
    but it will be only one page that will cache.
