Use it for notes?

Hi, LOVE your plugin, use it on every site.

But I also cant find a decent admin notes plugin so I thought of using this.

Can you tell me what would be the simplest removal of code that would not let whats inside take effect?

What I want to do is use a second copy of your plugin, remove some code that makes it a css plugin so I can use it for notes.
