WooCommerce is calculating flat rate shipping correctly ($6 per order) but PayPal is charging $12. This appears to happen only when a customer orders two or more items. I have checked my PayPal settings and have “use shipping fee in transaction” checked. I have deleted all shipping classes to assist in troubleshooting but have not yet verified whether this fixes the issue.

Deleting the shipping classes did not resolve the issue. I went into my PayPal account and changed the shipping cost to $1 (previously set at $6) —- will see if that has an effect.

    Hi there!

In this case, you’ll want to delete any shipping charges in your PayPal account, and let WooCommerce handle them. If both WooCommerce and PayPal have shipping costs, you’ll see that error.

    Best,

I will disable the rate in PayPal, thanks.
