Product summary different for cart and emails

    Is it possible to have a field not show in the product summary in the cart but to have it show in the notification emails to both the customer and our supplier? I have a “Terms and conditions” field that does not need to be on the cart page. Also, where do I find the tags that can be used in the summary?
