    Tried to upgrade from 4.1.22 to 4.1.23 and get the following error:

    The plugin woocommerce-shipstation/woocommerce-shipstation.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

    I have pending orders I can’t process now.

  • Hey @captaincrank,

    It looks like the folder name of this plugin was changed in the latest update, which is what prompted WP to deactivate the plugin, if you look for this plugin in your list and click Activate it should be fine.

    UPDATE: I’ve finally been able to activate the plugin (I think a server caching issue maybe?) and it’s working again.

    I am having this exact same issue on a client’s website. It just stopped working all of a sudden and I saw there was an update for the plugin. Ran the update and now the plugin has deactivated itself and won’t let me activate it again.

    I am also receiving the error:

    The plugin woocommerce-shipstation/woocommerce-shipstation.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.

    I ran into the same error and deactivated ShipStation plugin after upgrading as well. @karpstrucking is correct, the folder name was changed from /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-shipstation to /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-shipstation-integration.

    Reactivating the plugin seems to work on the WordPress side. I need to get the client to make sure the authorization key (Woocommerce > Settings > Integration > Authentication Key) stayed the same by checking the ShipStation site.

    Hi all,

    @captaincrank @karpstrucking @isimplifyva @linux4me2

    Thanks for reaching out and sharing your queries and solutions.

    @karpstrucking is correct, the folder name was changed from /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-shipstation to /wp-content/plugins/woocommerce-shipstation-integration.

    Correct, this is what seems to have caused the issue and may be an issue on some setups. I’ve passed these details back to the extension team.

    As we have a solution for this thread, I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, please do start a new thread.

    Thanks,
