ACF/Custom field support

Kind of a pre-sales question. In this post you say you support custom fields/ACF – https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/option-for-custom-fields/

I see that the plugin sends posts to Buffer on the transition_post_status action.

This action is called before the save_post action. (See wp_insert_post())

The save_post action is where ACF saves its custom fields/meta values.

If you follow this logic, the wrong thing will be published to Buffer? (Publish before ACF saves the data). Or does the Pro version publish on a different hook?
