    Hello!
I am finding that regardless of the browser I use, for the header menu, my smartphone will not permit a parent menu link to be clickable if it has any sub-items under it. The sub-menu items are clickable.

Device used- Samsung Galaxy S7, using Chrome and Firefox browsers, Oreo OS.

Visually, the parent menu item that has sub-items shows with the text of the page name and a “+” symbol.
Clicking on this parent menu item expands and exposes the sub-items, which all work fine.

If the parent menu item has NO sub-items, it works fine.

Is there a fix for this?
    Thanks!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi ralphw,

With WordPress standard, the parent menu item should be kept with # link if you are building sub menu items under it, then you can keep any pages/post as sub-menu items. for instance; See the demo here; https://demo.styledthemes.com/demos/puresimple-free/.

Alternatively if you have added any link on top menu item, it will redirect to the url on double click, however on single click it will toggle to open sub-menu.

    Let us know.

    Thanks!

I did post a 5 Star rating for you about a year ago. This theme so fits my needs and is flexible enough to accommodate a lot of customization.
    Great job, once again!
(Though I am able to make the Free version fit my needs and don’t need the Pro, I would like to send some money your way in appreciation. Do you have a way for me to do this… a donate button somewhere…?)

    Thanks!
