When the order gets created it gets cancelled automatically sending mail to the associated user that your order gets cancelled.

Please help what is the issue.

    Thanks

  • @tarunchopra10, you may go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Inventory and remove any value that is present in the Hold Stock (minutes) field, the default should be 60 minutes (to reserve inventory). If an order is not paid, then it will cancel the order and release the inventory for use.

If you remove the value from that field, it will disable the option and not auto-cancel unpaid orders.

    Hi @tarunchopra10,

Are you still having issues with your orders being cancelled? This thread hasn’t been replied to in awhile so we’ll go ahead and solve this forum thread. Otherwise, please open a new thread with further information such as the payment gateway being used and example of what the order notes say in a cancelled order.

    Thanks,
    Yuki
