I use Flamingo plugin to capture the leads in case the mail doesn’t get sent. When I use this plugin, it successfully redirects a user to a different URL, however, Flamingo doesn’t capture the submission.

Is there a way that first refresh happens on the same website so that Flamingo captures the submission and then the user gets redirected?

I just saw another post where users were having the same issue and you mentioned that it could be another third party plugin interfering.

I wonder if there is a certain setting on the redirection tab I am missing.

Plugins I use: Visual Composer, Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder, Revolution Slider, iTheme Security, Contact Form 7, Contact Form 7 Redirection, Flamingo.

    Hi @aashishbisht,

I also use Flamingo and Contact Form 7 Redirection in many websites, and I can tell that both plugins works fine side by side, with or without redirect. If for some reason it does not work for you (possibly because of a theme issue or a 3rd party plugin), I suggest you to try other plugins that does the same as Flamingo.
