Woocommerce flexible shipping missing countries

Hi there,

I’m in France and I want to add flexible shipping category recording to the national post delivery rates and zones.
My Problem is, that there are many countries missing in the list, so that I can’t create a shipping Zone for the Maghreb, which means the countries of North-west africa. I only can take africa, but the French post Service has different rates for the different states.

More detailed: I need to create a shipping Zone for the following countries:

Arménie
Albanie
Algérie
Azerbaijan
Biélorussie (Bélarus)
Bosnie-Herzégovine
Géorgie
Islande
Macédoine
Maroc
Moldavie
Monténégro
Norvège
Serbie
Tunisie
Turquie
Ukraine

Is this possible?
