Not working

    When does this error occur, when you go to Media > Export page, or after you click “Download Zip”? What options do you choose in the form before clicking “Download Zip”?

    When I choose nested folders and yes and no to compress then click on Download Zip it goes to run and then the error.

    Does it work for any other combination of options?
    Does the error appear immediately or after some time?
    Do you know how big your media library is in terms of how many items and overall size in MB?

    I ended up not needing it. It was probably an issue with the size of the media library.
