    Hi there,

    I stopped receiving notifications about sold products. I have already checked my PayPal account for IPN and it’s turned on. Furthermore, my customers are getting error message after purchase (see here https://i.imgur.com/qd3aNUk.png). Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks!

    Hello @ibro87,

    If the download links are failing, please, check the sales reports in the in the submenu option: “Sell Downloads > Sales Reports”, and let me know if the purchases were registered or not. If the purchases have not being registered, and the IPN is enabled in your PayPal, please let me know what is the status of payments in the IPN history (in PayPal).

    Hi,

    I just checked my “Sales Reports” and the purchase have not been registered. I just checked my PayPal account again and I can confirm that IPN is enabled, however my IPN history in PayPal seems empty. What should I do next? Thanks again for all the help!

    Hello @ibro87,

    If the IPN history is empty, the IPN has not being configured correctly in PayPal, or the email address entered into the store’s settings is not corresponding to your PayPal account.

    Please, send me the public URL to the webpage of a product your customers have purchased.

    Everything worked fine in the past so I believe that the IPN is correctly configured.
    Here is the public URL to the webpage of a product. I set the price to $0.10 only for testing purpose if you want to try. Thanks again!
