    Hi,

    I have started using your plugins some days ago and found a fatal error in my error log which is generated by your plugin. Please refer below.

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function get_id() on null in /../../../wp-content/plugins/enhanced-e-commerce-for-woocommerce-store/public/class-enhanced-ecommerce-google-analytics-public.php:441

    Can you please advice me for the same?

    Thank you for writing to us!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that you are using the child theme & we have clearly mentioned in the description & FAQs of our plugin that the free version of our plugin is not fully compatible with the child/custom theme.

    Hi Tatvic,

    Thank you for the quick response.

    If I consider the paid plugin do you guarantee that it will work? If not do you provide end user support to make it work completely with our child theme?

    Even free plugin is working fine but there are some discrepancies.

    Also, before buying the paid plugin can I try to check it’s working with our theme?
