we have the web under construction.
We have the following problem. A potential vendor is registered, we validate it as such and when you access your panel with your codes, see many WordPress options.

You can make blog entries, portfolio, blog comments, contact forms and other design plugins.

In principle as a store, and being as a seller, should have less possibilities to edit, probably the topic sales reports, store, orders, products, profile, media, all this, I understand, but entries, plugins and such .. There is a way to not load it.

    thanks and best regards

  • Hello,

If your vendors are able to see extra menu items in the backend then your vendor role has been modified. The default vendor roles do not have access to any of that. I would suggest going into WooCommerce > Status > Tools and using the “Reset Vendor Roles” tool.

    cheers,

    Jamie.

I’ve tried … but I can not, that is, it does not work.
the problem is that, I do not know how, but there are things or double categories …
It’s like the categories have doubled in Spanish and English.

    Hello,

I would suggest disabling all your plugins and switching to a known working theme such as StoreFront.

Then with only WC Vendors Marketplace and WooCommerce activated, does the problem persist? If not re-activate your plugins one by one to determine which is causing the issue.

    cheers,

    Jamie.
